The family room offered ample space for luggage. Opening three suitcases was no problem at all. The breakfast was very good. The staff were very helpful and kind.

i found the location near the airport very convenient. the double glazed windows eliminated most street noise. i appreciated the lock up area for luggage before check in.
i noticed a slight smell in the bathroom perhaps improved ventilation would help.

The breakfast was very basic, with limited options. the room was tiny, REALLY cramped. it felt more like a closet than a proper room. i had problems with the air conditioning. It barely worked and the room remained stuffy. ALSO, the walls seemed paper-thin, as i could hear EVERYTHING from the hallway and other rooms.

The breakfast was actually good.
The noise was really bad. I could hear everything. People were slamming doors all night. The bathroom also had this weird smell coming from the drain.

the staff showed kindness. they offered a luggage scale. this help me with my baggage allowance. shower in my room was fantastic, I also liked the comfortable bed.
the check in at 15:00 feels late. this made it hard to freshen up before meetings.
